Cart Payment Problems (Credit Card Via PayPal)

FRUSTRATED: – Please give us a call. Your online order will be in the system and we can either help you, or we can process the order with only a few additional bits of information. The website is meant to make orders easier, we are working on trying to make everything as fluid as possible but really need to know where the hang-ups are.

Some quick info to make your payment process easier.

  1. If payment failed, you can click My Account (top right), then Orders (lower left panel), and select the order to try the payment again.
  2. You will need click proceed to PayPal to use the credit card portal.
  3.  If you are presented with a PayPal login information … lower on the screen is the section to select Credit Card only, it may be a plain grey color that doesn’t stand out.
  4. Ensure the name and address on the card process section of the Credit Card form is using the Credit Cards billing name and address.
  5. If you are logged into PayPal with an account you don’t wish to use, you can select ‘not me’ to log out and then select Credit Card only payment.

Optional:  Having a PayPal account will simplify this payment system, however we are looking for other options.
